Responsibility:
Complete manufacturable PCB layout based on schematic and outline drawing within the project schedule.Define PCB stack-up considering performance, manufacturability and cost etc.Create and maintain PCB library.PCB related documents preparation, including Gerber, fab instruction, assembly drawing, 3D drawing and panel drawing etc.DFM/EQ reply. Documents releasing.Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or above in communication, electrical, electronic or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HDI board layout, experience in optical module product is preferred.Be proficient with EDA softwares, such as Cadence, Pads, AutoCAD,CAM350 etc.Be familiar with digital/analog circuit knowledge, be familiar with SI/PI/EMC/EMI request.Understand and familiar with the process and capability of PCB ...
