Position Overview

  • Plan and coordinate LCLshipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customers
  • Optimize container spaceutilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safety
  • Work with co-loaders,warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plans
  • Booking & Coordination
  • Arrange bookings with carriersor co-loaders for LCL shipments
  • Confirm sailing schedules,routing, and cut-off times
  • Identify and proposealternative schedules when required to meet customer deadlines
  • Documentation & System Updates
  • Create and maintain shipmentfiles in the in-house system
  • Prepare and verify shippingdocuments including House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests
  • Ensure accuracy and timelinessof all documentation
  • Warehouse & Cargo Handling Coordination
  • Coordinate cargo receiving atwarehouse/CFS (Container Freight Station)
