LCM Informatique is hiring a Training Specialist to support and train users on dealership software in the powersports industry. This full-time role will engage with clients both online and on-site.
As a Training Specialist, you will be essential in assisting clients with their understanding of the software. You will provide training, onboarding support, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure their success. A background in related fields such as RV or automotive will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Offer customer support via email, phone, and web meetings
β’ Conduct comprehensive training for clients on the software
β’ Facilitate onboarding and transition to go-live
β’ Ensure user comprehension and satisfaction with the software
β’ Build rapport with customers throughout the training process
