HealthCare Support is actively seeking a to LCSW fill an opening in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Daily Responsibilities for LCSW:
The hospital social worker provides direct social work/case management services to patients and/or families and hospital staff to ensure needed assessment intervention, support, and referral. Coordinates services with other members of the health care team community wide. Respond to information and referral needs of the community. Weekdays and Weekends - 8.5 hour shifts (includes meal break), starting at either 8:00 am or 12:00 pm
Required Qualifications for LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work. License to practice in WI (LCSW) Emergency department experience
