Role Overview

This role supports the analysis and tracking of change management activities to facilitate and drive user adoption. The analyst will engage all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders and practitioners. This position is central to ensuring effective training delivery and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and updating standardized training content, including web-based and print materials.

Support the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.
