We're hiring a Lead 2D Rigged Animator (Toon Boom Harmony)

If your rigs still look like puppets, this isn't for you.

We're producing a premium, gentle 2D animated series for preschoolers, and we're done with stiff cutout digital animation. We want an animator who can push rigs to move like traditional cel animation: fluid, organic, alive in every single frame.

The role:

• Animate episodic content using pre-built character rigs in Toon Boom Harmony
• Push mesh/envelope deformers for real weight, elasticity, and squash-and-stretch
• Layer in secondary animation — blinks, ambient life, reactive background characters
• Ground every character in believable physics and easing

What we need to see:

• Expert-level Toon Boom Harmony
• A reel that proves rig deformation, not just rig movement — stiff/linear puppet work won't cut it
