Position Overview

**Key Responsibilities**

•Calendar management – the ability to manage competing priorities and large meetings

•Travel – responsible for scheduling extensive domestic and international travel arrangements

•Process expense reports and invoices management

•Organize events and staff meetings

•Create trusted partnerships with other executive admins across the organization

•Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

•Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

•Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

•Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, workplace citation events, town halls etc.
