Lead AI Engineer | Agentic AI / Workflow Automation | UK

Conquer AI is hiring a Lead AI Engineer.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front: hands-on technically, strong with clients, and comfortable shaping AI solutions from a blank sheet of paper.

You’ll work with enterprise clients to understand how their teams operate, identify where agentic AI can automate or augment workflows, and then help design and build the systems that make it happen.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, ownership, whiteboarding, technical design, and real delivery.

Leading the technical delivery of AI systems for client workflows

Working directly with clients to understand problems, processes, and constraints
