We are searching for the best talent for a Lead Analyst – Data Products & Integrity, Compliance Data Enablement, located in New Brunswick, NJ, or another J&J location in the Americas, EMEA or ASPAC.

Purpose

The Lead Analyst, Data Products & Integrity is a core member of the Compliance Data Enablement, CDMAR team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance Data Enablement. The role is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality, reusable data products across the global HCC data ecosystem.

The role embeds data integrity, governance, and quality controls into data products that support HCC analytics, monitoring, transparency reporting, strategic initiatives, rapid insights, PoCs, pilots, and ad hoc data needs.
