Lead Analyst Reporting & Analytics

Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is recruiting for a Lead Analyst Reporting & Analytics reporting into the Finance Manager Reporting & Analytics. The role will support the development of enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the SigniFi program.

Locations: New Jersey, Beerse Antwerp (Belgium), Wokingham Berkshire (United Kingdom), UAE, Ireland, Zug (Switzerland). Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and if approved by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities for the enterprise leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture.
• Work with key stakeholders in various finance teams across the enterprise to support reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global level by providing analytics governance and training.
