Lead Application Development Engineer - Electronics

Summary:

Lead technical excellence in Electronics Materials by driving application development, customer solutions, and new market growth across Greater China.

Responsibilities Include:

Laboratory work

Lead on applications development which address market and customer needs.

Support new product launches with lab evaluation which showcase the performance of the new product and coach internal commercial team and external customers with data package creation and application guidance.

Create the instructions/guidelines with the response on main customers’ technical questions and issues

Establish and define a safe laboratory environment in accordance with applicable quality standards. Sets example and is viewed as role model for younger members of the team.
