Summary This position serves as a Senior Appraiser, Construction and Valuation (C&V), The purpose of this position is to serve as a senior appraiser in the RLC for the lending Industry, appraisers, and to perform quality-control field reviews and post audit reviews of appraisals prepared in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Home Loan Program. The Senior Appraiser is a technical expert that has extensive knowledge of Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Responsibilities Specific Duties Include: Team Lead: Serves as a team leader over multiple review appraisers working in remote locations, with the majority of the team at the GS-11 level.
