The Senior/Lead Assembly and Test Specialist will lead a small sub-team

Working within a wider skilled team of Technicians and Engineers, the Senior/Lead Assembly and Test Specialist will prioritise, plan and schedule tasks within the sub-team while also following detailed work instructions to carry out high‑quality electro‑mechanical assembly and automated testing of safety‑critical products to ensure right‑first‑time build quality, and support safe, efficient production processes.

The successful candidate will be supported with learning plans, developing their skills to proactively influence the product through production.
