The Lead Assistant Manager – India HR Statutory Compliance will be responsible for executing day-to-day India HR statutory compliance operations under the supervision of the HR Statutory Compliance leadership. The role will support statutory compliance activities across applicable Indian entities and locations, including social security operations, payroll-linked statutory compliance, statutory filings and records, employee benefit case execution, vendor and contract labour compliance support, audit documentation, government notice and inspection coordination, Labour Code transition support, regulatory tracking, and digital compliance initiatives.
