Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Bar Lead for our luxury hotel to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure efficient bar operations. You will lead and mentor the bar team, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Bar Manager to develop cocktails and update menus, resolve guest issues promptly, and uphold Wynn's signature service. Fluency in English required; bartending certification preferred.
