Role

Own the protocol, architecture, and engineering team . Work directly with founders to define how the system is built, secured, and scaled .

Responsibilities

• Own the core protocol architecture and lead mainnet Solidity development
• Build and scale a high performance engineering team
• Define security standards , audits, and threat models across the protocol
• Drive technical roadmap and protocol evolution with founders
• Ship gas optimised, production scale smart contracts

Requirements

• Proven experience owning or leading DeFi protocol architecture
• Track record shipping production smart contracts to mainnet
