Xbattery is a deep-tech energy startup building Bharat BMS – a unified, modular Battery

Management System platform for both Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

Role Overview

As Lead BMS Hardware Engineer, you will own the end-to-end hardware design of our BMS boards from architecture and schematics to PCB design, validation, and compliance. You will lead and

mentor a team of hardware engineers, establish structured design processes, and ensure our

designs meet automotive-grade safety, reliability, and certification standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, schematic design, and PCB development of BMS boards (LV and HV, up

to 800 V).
