Job Description

Leads the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of business decisions. Ensures the translation of business requirements into detailed technical design and programming specifications. Oversees data analysis, identification of data sources, and modification of data architecture as necessary. Plans, leads and guides the analysis of business intelligence initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

+ Lead development of dashboards and reports using Epic Cogito, Power BI, and Tableau

+ Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver complex reporting solutions

+ Lead analytics development using Epic Clarity and Caboodle

+ Establish BI standards, best practices, and documentation
