What is the Opportunity?As Lead, Business Systems Analysis in Commercial Credit Technology within T&O, you will lead the Business Systems Analysis function for the Commercial Credit and Small Business Credit Platforms modernization initiative. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals. This role combines hands-on BSA expertise with leadership and mentorship responsibilities, while spearheading the adoption of AI-driven tools and methodologies in BSA processes.What will you do?

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to refine policies, procedures, and implementation strategies within the Commercial Credit domain.

Requirement Readiness: Work closely with business teams to ensure requirements are fully aligned and ready for solution design phases.
