We are seeking a Senior or Lead C++ Software Engineer to join a team building security-critical software used by major global financial institutions. This is a highly specialized opportunity for engineers with deep IBM z/OS and low-level systems programming experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10+ years of hands-on C/C++ development
• xLC/C++ compiler
• HLASM (High Level Assembler)
• JCL
• SMP/E
• SAF / RACF / ACF2
• TLS / SSL and secure systems programming
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and memory analysis skills

Nice to Have

• Applied cryptography
• OpenSSL, PKCS#11, HSM integration
• Java and native SDK development
