This 12-month fixed term role leads capability development initiatives by partnering with global and regional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, design and deliver scalable learning solutions, and enable strategic workforce performance across the organisation. Across the Capability Development team, key capability clusters include SHES Leadership, Digital Fluency, Technical Expertise, Enterprise Capability, and Strategic Execution, ensuring consistent, enterprise-wide approaches aligned to business priorities.
