The Lead Category Manager, Tubing and Metal Fab is a key member of the Global Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for the procurement of steel fabrication and steel tubing components. This role centers on strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sourcing excellence and value creation within the steel fab and steel tube categories.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage individual supplier relationships for steel fabrication and steeltubing, including negotiation activities.

+ Achieve year-over-year productivity and working capital goals specific to steelfaband steeltubecategories.

+ Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and IT to develop and implement sourcing strategies for steelfaband steeltube.
