Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead civil and structural construction activities in offshore settings.
  • Oversee site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with marine construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Resolve site technical issues and provide real‑time engineering solutions.
  • Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings, calculations, and IFC documents.
  • Coordinate with design consultants for offshore structures, marine foundations, and heavy civil works.
  • Ensure constructability of designs and propose value engineering solutions where required.
  • Validate temporary works designs.
  • Support construction sequencing and methodology development for offshore works.
