PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil & Structural Design Engineer / Technologist to join our Oil, Gas and Power Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Civil & Structural engineering discipline within the Oil, Gas and Power Generation Engineering Team, including the management and development of the discipline and the team within it. The role requires the development of designs for projects and tenders while providing specialist support and expertise to projects and proposals. Quality technical outputs are required that satisfy all requirements (Client, Codes, and Standards) by adhering to internal engineering processes.

This position is 80% technical and 20% supervisory, managing the Civil & Structural Engineering team members comprising of Junior Engineers/Technologists, Engineers/Technologists, and Senior Engineers/Technologists within the functional organogram. You may also be required to act also act a...
