Lead Cloud Engineer

About the Role S&P Global Corporate is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer for its Enterprise Data Organization team, a creative group that collaborates across divisions and drives continuous improvements in platform innovation and usability.

The role is based in Calgary, Canada, and focuses on expanding and supporting cloud infrastructure, monitoring and alerting frameworks, onboarding and migration projects, and coordinating with QA and Development teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, and scalability.

Provide BAU production support and resolve issues before they cause business impact.

Develop scripts in Python, Unix shell, and AWS Lambda to automate tasks and streamline processes.
