We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist / Fabrication Shop Lead to play a key role in the next phase of our company’s growth. This position supports a manufacturer of large pumping systems specializing in service, repair, refurbishment, installation, and new system builds. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee production from concept through completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and supervise shop operations, overseeing the build process from start to finish
• Perform aluminum welding and fabrication
• Machine parts to precise specifications using multi-axis CNC equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical principles and precision measuring tools (micrometers, cal...
