Purpose:
To lead and manage commercial, financial, contractual, budgeting, costing, and compliance functions for AIG projects, ensuring financial discipline, safeguarding commercial interests, and enabling efficient project execution aligned with organizational objectives.
Area Of Responsibility:
1.Project evaluation and Financial Planning
β’ Development of financial models (IRR, NPV, ROI) for evaluation of AIG projects.
β’ Analyze project viability and investment returns
β’ Analyse setting up of the projects with own investment or rental/ lease / Build to suit option basis
β’ Preparation & monitoring of project budgets, Budget vs Actual, forecasting, stakeholder alignment
β’ Drive financial planning, costing, and profitability analysis across AIG projects.
