We are looking for a Lead Communication Designer to own the visual language of our marketing communications across all channels — from digital campaigns and paid media to offline activations and in-product communicantions. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will set the design direction, raise the bar for quality, and guide a team of 3–5 designers while staying close to the craft yourself.
You will work closely with Brand, Product, Growth, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners, creating communications that are clear, persuasive, and brand‑consistent, making complex financial products feel accessible and human.
