We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical builds and high-level strategic consulting. You aren’t just a behind-the-scenes architect; you are a Data Management Expert and a trusted advisor who can sit across from a client, understand their business pain points, and then lead a team to build the solution.

In this role, you will manage a team of up to 10 engineers while remaining hands-on. You will be the technical face of our professional services, guiding customers through complex cloud migrations, data governance frameworks, and scalable data architecture.
