In this role, you will balance end-user support with the technical development of Schneider’s Medallia and SnapLogic platform for the Customer Voice program. You’ll work with product owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform to evolving customer needs, delivering fast, user-friendly enhancements. You will coordinate with external and internal vendors, lead L2 support, and promote platform adoption across the CX community. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a global setting that shapes customer experiences at scale.
