Lead the design and engineering of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and piping systems in compliance with ASME, API, TEMA, and relevant international standards .
Review and approve design calculations , including Pressure vessel thickness calculations, Stress analysis and reinforcement, Thermal expansion and load calculations, Nozzle load and support design
Oversee preparation and validation of equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions (MR), and technical bid evaluations (TBE) .
Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration and alignment of design requirements.
Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and layout drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
