Position Overview

            Advanced knowledge of desktop systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and enterprise-level IT environments. 
Expertise in advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and supporting complex IT infrastructures. 
In-depth understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance protocols. 
Leadership and Team Management :Leading and managing a team of desktop engineers, mentoring junior and senior team members, and providing technical guidance. 
Coordinating the execution of IT projects, including desktop deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting initiatives. 
Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring resolution.
