Our CRM ecosystem, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights), plays a critical role in customer acquisition, contract lifecycle management, SLA monitoring, and operational coordination, tightly integrated with TMS and finance systems.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, focused on development excellence, platform reliability, and sustainable evolution.
