Position Overview

            Job Description  An experienced qualified drafter, details design documents by using BIM 
Ensure BIM standards comply with Authority submissions 
Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities submission (i.e. BCA, SCDF, LTA) 
Liaise with and assist engineers / supervisors / coordinators to develop conceptual design to 2D or 3D drawing model for site 
Able to read and interpret structural plan/drawings 
Able to multi-task drafting works with reasonable time and ad hoc duties as assigned 
Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code compliance requirements and good engineering practices 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit software, Architecture 
Knowledge and proficiency in 2D, 3D aided software and BIM Tools is an advantage 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, independent & able to work with minimum supervision
