Position Overview

            Duties: 
Lead electrical engineering activities across solar PV and BESS projects 
Manage project electrical design from feasibility through to commissioning 
Oversee LV/MV design, protection systems, substations, and grid integration 
Review and approve single line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, and technical documentation 
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and utilities 
Ensure compliance with applicable South African and international standards 
Support procurement processes and technical evaluations of electrical equipment 
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers 
Participate in FATs, site inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities 
Assist with project planning, risk management, and technical reporting
