Accountabilities Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other equipment on site. Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget. Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards. Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure that the solar system is operating correctly and efficiently. Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and technical specifications. Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met. Manage and supervise the work of other engineers, technicians, and contractors on site.
