What you'll do

• Optimize performance of refinery assets by establishing Asset Care Strategies (ACS), identifying preventative maintenance tactics, analysing feedback on asset performance, and providing solutions for issues.
• Investigate and leverage historical data, current practices, best practices, and OEM recommendations to improve maintenance tactics, especially for highly complex problems or high‑risk assets.
• Develop strong relationships with team members in Maintenance and Operations to drive a deeper understanding of asset performance and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor equipment reliability metrics.
