**Job Title: Lead Electrician – New Commercial Construction**
**Job Description**
This role is for a hands-on lead electrician who will work on the tools while supervising and directing a crew on a new commercial construction project. You will oversee electrical installations from rough-in to finish, ensure work meets code and safety standards, and coordinate day-to-day activities on site in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
**Responsibilities**
Lead and supervise an on-site electrical crew on new commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Work on the tools daily, performing installations, repairs, and troubleshooting while providing guidance and support to crew members.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute electrical installations and layout.
