About the Role
As a Senior/Lead Acoustics & Vibration Engineer, you will take ownership of delivering robust acoustics and vibration solutions across the product development lifecycle. You will combine experimental and analytical approaches to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensuring reliable and high performance product delivery.
Own the development and delivery of acoustic and vibration performance throughout product development cycles.Define, capture, and manage acoustics requirements and validation strategies.Apply Dyson methodologies and engineering best practices to deliver solutions on time, on specification, on cost, and on quality. Develop and implement experimental and/or simulation-based approaches (experimental testing, FEA/CFD/system modelling, etc).Diagnose and resolve acoustic and vibration issues using techniques such as signal analysis, noise source identification, transfer path analysis, etc.
