Description
Seeking a responsible candidate for providing design solution, building product pipeline, and having good team management experience. Designs should provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, design solutions and CTQ, product validation, supplier management, driving strong manufacturing collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Product and Process excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Ability to develop new design concepts that meet cost, quality, and manufacturability targets
• Experience with standard NPI process tools such as FMEA, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, etc.,
