General Summary

DDR SW driver team hiring for Lead Engineer positions at Hyderabad location. 4-8 years experience (B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I/CSE/IT background) and relevant experience in Embedded system and DDR domain.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant work experience in DDR technology (memory controllers, PHY and DRAMs), Firmware and SW driver development / Platform driver development / Board Bring up.
• Very strong debugging expertise in system level issues such as bit flip, memory corruption, cache corruption, CPU hang etc.
• Desirable: DDR technology experience (DDR SW driver required) or Platform driver development/Board Bring up.

Opportunity

• Debug and development of DDR init & runtime driver sequences.
• Working on state-of-the-art DDR technology LP4x/LP5x.
