Description

The Lead Engineering Manager role is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and operational support of technology solutions that enable regulatory compliance, surveillance, supervision, and control oversight functions. This role combines people leadership, technology leadership, and delivery accountability across strategic regulatory and business initiatives.

This leader will drive the adoption of modern cloud-native architectures, big data platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and regulatory outcomes. The role partners closely with Compliance, Risk, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and regulator-ready solutions.
