You own the accuracy, competitiveness, and consistency of all fit-out and joinery tender submissions while leading a team of estimators delivering offshore for a New Zealand construction business. Your responsibility is both commercial and operational: protect margin, enforce estimating discipline, and ensure every submission meets defined standards before reaching NZ management.

Day-to-day, you lead detailed take-offs, review BOQs and cost plans, validate supplier pricing, assess risk exposures, and sign off tenders prior to submission.
