Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage estimating team to track, prepare, and submit complete estimates
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for Estimating
- Develop and prepare complete cost estimates for Labor, Materials, OH per project
- Prepare bills of material and other information for use by Construction, Purchasing and Accounting
- Attend pre-bid and pre-con meetings with Construction
- Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed
- Perform field take-offs/evaluations for project estimate preparation
- Review project documents for accuracy and consistency
- Lead development of handover documents for the project team
- Assist construction personnel throughout the project life cycle in tracking and understanding of cost estimates
