What the role is You will provide administrative, operational and logistics support to the Communication & Outreach (C&O) Department. This role supports departmental administration and finance matters, oversees the Ministry of Education (MOE) Applied Learning Modules (ApLM) programme for NYP, and contributes to streamlining processes within the department to improve work efficiency.
What you will be working on - Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for C&O, including coordination, documentation, records management and logistics.
- Track and manage C&O’s budget utilisation, including monitoring commitments and expenditures, maintaining budget trackers and preparing budget updates and reports.
