Ford Land Facilities Management lead role is to deliver the services in Ford Land like Real estate management, Employee experience, Facilities management and support for ASEAN countries.

Portfolio Management:

+ Strategic planning, implementation of real estate portfolio starting from acquiring to retire to collaborate with real estate and project team.
+ Transaction management – Lease administration for facilities in Ford IMG locations
+ Budget – Planning of budget, working with finance to get required approvals and tracking the spending expenses against budget
+ Procurement process – Need to work with Ford internal process like finance and purchasing

Strategic Planning:

+ Develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with organizational goals and culture.
