Overview

Northern Health is seeking a dynamic Lead, Facility Technology Services to oversee the operational delivery and lifecycle management of critical facility-based technology systems across our organization.

Responsibilities

• The Lead provides day-to-day operational leadership for teams supporting facility technology services across Northern Health, including building management systems, environmental and lighting controls, nurse call and communication systems, security and safety technologies, and related infrastructure-dependent operational systems.
• Coordinate workload and service priorities, provide staff supervision, manage operational escalations, and ensure facility technology services are operationally ready and supportable throughout their lifecycle.
