Job Description

The Lead Cabin Cleaning Agent provides day-to-day‑ direction, guidance, and support to Cabin Cleaning Agents to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality‑ operation. This role serves as a working leader, performing all standard Cabin Cleaning Agent duties while coaching team members and modeling exceptional performance. 

This role is responsible for coordinating and balancing resources, coaching employees, and ensuring operational tasks are completed in compliance with customer instructions, safety standards, and plays a key role in supporting an on time, safety‑ focused aircraft‑ turn while fostering teamwork and upholding service excellence.
