Experteer Overview

In this role you will help shape the technical direction of a growing Barcelona hub within a global digital marketing agency. You will lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack and backend systems across client projects, leveraging Java/Spring Boot or Node.js and modern frontend frameworks. You will drive cloud architecture on AWS, API integrations, and UI/UX improvements, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, operations, and clients. Your work will impact cross-market initiatives and modernization efforts.
