Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to support the Global Trust & Agency platform, delivering scalable solutions supporting structured finance, debt capital markets, and corporate trust operations globally at a major financial client.

This role will heavily focus on UI development, with 50% of the time being Front-end focused, 40% back-end focus and 10% database related. The successful candidate should have prior experience in technical leadership and be well-versed full SDLC process from requirement through development to testing, production and postproduction, end-to-end.
This individual will technically lead the design, build, and maintain modern applications using .NET technologies, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The role requires a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and leveraging modern tools—including AI-assisted development and automated testing—to drive efficient delivery.
